Doug Ellenoff talks Crowdfunding With Title II

Doug Ellenoff talks Crowdfunding With Title II. As of September 23rd 2013, Title II of The JOBS Act became effective. Entrepreneurs are now able to advertise their fundraising to all accredited (wealthy) investors using Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. As millions more angel and institutional investors become aware of private-equity offerings in early and emerging stage companies, this will dramatically increase the playing field for startups seeking capital. Doug Ellenoff, a New York City-based securities attorney —and probably the most informed lawyer on the subject—walks entrepreneurs through what they need to know to fund their businesses with this exciting new option.
